I hold several Yoga Therapy for All classes around the Bury area.  They are all drop-in sessions so you don't need to book in advance, you can just come along when you want.

Yoga Therapy for All sessions are relevant and appropriate for all ages and abilities.  Whether you have a specific ache or pain or are simply wanting to maintain overall health and wellbeing these sessions can help you.  

​The focus of every session is to develop an awareness of the body, breath and mind.  Postures aim to balance all areas of the body; maintain mobility in the muscles and joints, especially the spine.

Working with sound and postures together reduces tension in the breathing muscles to develop a natural, instinctive breath.  Co-ordinating this breath and movement in the body together, calms and focuses the mind, helping you think clearly and effectively.  

Relaxation practices, including Yoga Nidra, help every part of yourself rest, repair and rejuvenate.  Students find yoga therapy sessions help them reconnect with what is important in themselves and their lives.
